More at Four
The purpose of the More
at Four Pre-Kindergarten Program is to provide quality educational
pre-kindergarten experiences in order to enhance school readiness for
four-year-olds who need additional help to prepare for kindergarten. The Program
is community-based, voluntary, and designed to prepare at-risk four-year-olds in
North Carolina for success in school. First
priority will be given to children who are not currently in a child care or
other early childhood setting and meet More at Four criteria.
WE ARE NOW TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FALL 2008 SCHOOL YEAR- Children must be 4 years old by August 31, 2008 to apply.
